Description
A bossa/latin tune in the style of MTCM, it can be opened up to feature most any player in the band. Not just a “head” arrangement, there are backgrounds in the saxes and brass, which can be used at the leader’s discretion … this allows a greater degree of flexibility not found in the majority of big band charts, yet does not leave the rest of the band resting while soloist after soloist plays. Moderate brass range.
